La Panetière’s Signature Summer Drink
Celestial Bubbles…
1 shot freshly
squeezed lime juice
½ shot granulated sugar
1 shot vodka
8 fresh mint leaves
6 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
½ shot cointreau
Method: Crush the mint leaves and sugar together until they form a paste.
Add the lime juice, shake a like a sour mix. Strain with thieve over ice,
add the vodka, cointreau and stir well. Pour into a large burgundy glass,
champagne float to the rim, mint sprig for decoration.
