Preparation time 1 hour For the dough Put the flour, butter, and salt into the bowl of a food processor pulse until all the ingredients are crumbly, add the beaten egg and continue to pulse briefly do not over work the dough. Flatten out the dough and refrigerate what is needed for at least one hour the rest can be frozen. While dough is chilling, prepare onions and bacon for topping. Start by taking the butter melting it and slowly cook the onions until completely cooked through they should have no color, and almost melt in your mouth. Render out the bacon until crispy. Remove dough from the fridge, once its chilled and roll out to about ¼ inch thickness. Take a ring mold and cut out discs they should be the size of a cracker, with a fork, prick the dough all over, spread the fromage blanc on to each disc, top with onion, and the bacon, bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
