La
Panetière's wine list
focuses on classified Bordeaux growths dating back to
a 1914 Château Latour with a kaleidoscope of vintages
up to the year of 2004.
An extensive choice of Côte de Nuits and Côte
de Beaune Burgundies are offered along with an abundance
of Northern and Southern Côte du Rhone, California,
Oregon, Washington State, and Austrailia which are well
represented by category of their grape and region. Suggestions
from wine producers around the world are available.
French champagnes and California sparkling will enhance
a celebration (or just enjoy it for their refined bubbles
and fizzle). A selection of half bottles in whites,
reds and champagnes are at your disposal along with
a variety of fourteen different label to choose from
by the glass should you like to pair them with your
tasting menu or as an aperitif, with the main course,
cheese or dessert.
If you desire to linger at the table after the meal,
an array of brandies from Cognacs of all ages, vintage
Bas Armagnacs, Calvados, scotches and bourbons are available.
